The Challenger Learning Center will provide young students with an enjoyable introduction to the properties of air including fun activities, interesting facts and cool demonstrations. We’ll teach them about the forces involved in flying such as lift, gravity, thrust and drag as well as Bernoulli’s principle and much more!

In preparation for their simulator mission Rendezvous With a Comet, the astronauts-in-training will be exploring the secrets of comets, performing various experiments, and will participate in teambuilding and communication activities. We will end our day flying a space mission in search of a comet!

[Cancellation Policy: Campers who cancel more than two weeks before the first day of their camp will receive an 80% refund of camp fees. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after that date. No refunds will be given for campers who are expelled due to discipline problems. If a camp is cancelled, a full refund will be given to all registrants.]
