Program Coordinator – Stephen Vann


Stephen serves as the point of contact for all parties interested in working with the CLCNM. He holds a BS in Secondary Education and an MA in Public History from New Mexico State University. Before coming to the CLCNM, Stephen taught a variety of subjects to public school students in grades 6-12. Additionally, he has served as a college instructor at El Paso Community College and Central New Mexico Community College. While his duties are primarily administrative, Stephen does occasionally provide instruction and outreach through various CLCNM programs.

Flight Director – Jennifer Crepeau


A native New Mexican, Jennifer has over 15 years of combined experience working in various positions for the Albuquerque Public School system. She attended the University of New Mexico and received both a BS and a MA in Elementary Education. At the CLCNM, Jennifer works as the Micronaut Coordinator, working with students aged 5-9; as a Flight Director/Mission Commander in the Comet Missions, working with students through high school; and is also one of the instructors for the day/summer camps. When she is not working with students, Jennifer is involved in curriculum development for all programs and camps.

Flight Director – Kelly White


Kelly White serves as the Flight Director for the Challenger Learning Center New Mexico. In this capacity she not only fills the duties of Flight Director/Mission Commander in Comet Missions but develops and implements STEM-based educational programming for the community outreach program and seasonal camps; is active in the Micronaut mission program; and is the Comet Mission Coordinator as well. Kelly holds a BA in Physical Anthropology and an Mmus in Organology, and has 10-years of experience as an educator in informal-learning settings, including museums, science centers, and musical instrument collections.
